We had 2,000 people come out, the tournaments as well as our last-minute drop ins were sold out, set-up and event delivery ran smoothly, there were enough activities and food vendors to keep everyone happy, our volunteer needs were covered, we had great prizes to give out, and we were able to include new and returning sponsors. For all of this to happen in a matter of weeks speaks to the professionalism, dedication and teamwork you brought to the table. Thank you for working with me and my team to do what needed to be done.
