How do I apply for a Vendor Profile?

Click on the SIGN UP or LOGIN button located at the top right of the website. You will be asked to create an account and will be redirected to fill out the application. Once your application is complete and you have no further changes, select the checkbox and click the Submit Application button. A PARO staff member will then review the information you have provided and contact you shortly.

How do I add my business to the PARO Women’s B2B Database?

If you do not have an account, you will need to first apply for a Vendor Profile (see FAQ: How do I apply for a Vendor Profile?) If you have already applied, your business will be automatically added to the database once approved by a PARO staff member. If you wish to add another business under your profile, go to your account and in the left side menu click on Add Business. You will need to follow the same steps—complete the application, select the checkbox and click the Submit Application button. A PARO staff member will then review the information you have provided and contact you shortly.

How do I receive support in setting up my Vendor Profile?

If you are having difficulties, reach out to your PARO contact. If you do not have a contact at PARO, click on the Contact button in the main navigation and it will take you to our Contact Us form. Please complete the form stating the issue you are having. Once complete, click the Submit button and a PARO staff member will then review your issue and contact you shortly.

Do I have to be a Woman and Indigenous to use this PARO Women’s B2B Database?

To view the PARO Women’s B2B Database and contact any of the women-owned businesses listed, you do not need to be a woman and/or Indigenous. To have a Vendor Profile and list your woman-owned business on the PARO Women’s B2B Database, you must be a woman with a business located in Ontario and have been approved by a PARO staff member.

What is the cost of using the PARO Women’s B2B Database as a Vendor?

PARO is happy to offer the Women’s B2B Database to approved Vendors for FREE for one year. You will be notified when it is time to renew and the annual cost will be $20 per Vendor Profile. Great news—there is no limit to the number of approved women-owned businesses you can have under your Vendor Profile.
