Odessa Anderson is a trusted Mental Wellness Advocate, Pre/postnatal Specialist with an educational background in social service, maternal health and autism and behavioural science.
She has served her community in various capacities such as in school boards, group homes and a child welfare agency.
She has combined her educational background, work experience and lived experience to create a multi-service agency, Synergy Link™ that prioritizes the needs of Black and racialized individuals and families.
Her lived experience as a teen mother and now a mother of 3 boys has shaped her passion in providing high-quality support for families. She has learned first-hand the importance of support, compassion and quality care.
