We work with Indigenous Communities and Organizations and assist in meeting their own goals typically through team building, strategic planning, proposal writing and reporting. Each community’s needs are unique and through the assessment process, we can determine which approach and type of training would benefit them most. We strive to remain cost-efficient as we understand the funding strain our Communities face.
Through the Government procurement process, we qualify for both mainstream and Aboriginal Set Aside Tendering opportunities in the areas of; logistics, online and in person engagement, and reporting.
We work with for-profit and not-for-profit Corporations in reaching their diversity goals and to become a more inclusive employer. This includes hiring practices, day-to-day operations, management and board training through a series of workshocps tailored to the needs of each organization.
