Lunaria Solutions

At Lunaria, our mission is to help diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) flourish through workplace interventions. We provide three main solutions, Lunaria Online Education, Lunaria Sessions and Lunaria Evaluation services.

Through Lunaria Online Education, organizations have access to 5-15 minute interactive modules for employees to learn about key DEI topics.

Through Lunaria Sessions, we work alongside organizations to create custom interactive workshops that align with internal DEI goals. Previous sessions included, but were not limited to, power and privilege, anti-racism, unconscious bias and introduction to equity and inclusion.

Through Lunaria Evaluations we help organizations measure their DEI progress. Our evaluations span demographics, polices and practices, DEI knowledge, inclusion and belonging, and organization DEI focus. Through our anonymity rules we protect employee identity, while sharing useful insights for organizations to plan their next DEI actions.
